CREA DDF Feed Setup Tutorial
Step-by-step directions to set up a DDF feed for Benchmetrics as your new tech provider.
Step 1
Login to member.realtor.ca with your relevant credentials and board/association.
Click on “My Tools” on the menu and click on “Data Distribution Facility (DDF )“.
Step 2
Click on the Data Feeds button.
Step 3
Click on “Add a Data Feed”.
Step 4
Select the National Shared Pool option.
Step 5
Keep the default option of “I will be engaging a 3rd Party Technology Provider to operate my Data Feed”.
Search for “Benchmetrics” and click on the name in order to add us as your technology provider.
Step 6
Add your website URL that will be using the DDF Feed Step 5:
IMPORTANT: Select “I want to use filters to limit the listings provided by the Data Feed”
Step 7
Modify the filters as needed.
For commercial, add the following to the Property Type filter:
Office
Retail
Business
Industrial
Multi-Familiy
Other
Select only your province.
Select uploading boards that relevant to you and this feed.
Step 8
When you’ve confirmed all of the filters, click on the review button.
Step 9
Review all the filters one last time and then click on “Save data feed”
